At Fire Valley Forge, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at hello@firevalleyforge.com or through our contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with your purchase.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, send the item back to the address provided by customer support. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Important Notes:
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns without an RA number may not be processed.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
